Information Spite Collects
Spite does not and will not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Your music files remain on your device and your iCloud Drive.
Playlist data is stored locally and in your iCloud storage folder and we do not have access to your files or listening history. We do not use analytics or tracking services. Unless you are beta-testing via TestFlight, we do not have access to any usage data.

Spite integrates with Apple iCloud. This service has its own privacy policy

All app data (preferences, cached artwork) is stored locally on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.
